The HU version prevails for consumers habitually resident in Hungary.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK). If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a Premium purchase within 14 days without giving reasons, using a model withdrawal form.

Immediate performance and its effect on withdrawal. At checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that:

• for the one-time unlock, you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully made available to you;
• for the subscription, if you withdraw within the 14-day period you owe a proportionate amount for the period already provided.

What you are buying. The monthly subscription auto-renews monthly and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The one-time unlock is a single payment that unlocks Premium for a fixed access period (currently 18 months), after which Premium lapses.

Payments and refunds. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, issues the receipt/invoice, and processes refunds in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

How to request. To withdraw or request a refund, e-mail [email protected] or use Paddle. You may use a model withdrawal form. We handle complaints as set out in the Terms (Part B).

This policy is consistent with the Terms and Conditions (Section 7 and Part B.2).
